Duration: On-going Key Responsibilities: Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions for home infusion patients Prepare and review IV admixtures ensuring compliance with safety protocols Counsel patients and caregivers on medication use and administration Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes Maintain documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards Desired Experience and Qualifications: Licensed Pharmacist with current California license IV Certification is required Previous experience working in home infusion pharmacy preferred Strong knowledge of compounding sterile preparations and USP guidelines Excellent communication and patient care skills This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing pharmacy setting, focusing on specialized medication delivery directly to patients' homes.
