Minimum Requirements:

• Ste pharmacy technician license required.
• 1-2 years of inpient hospital pharmacy experience required.
• CPht required.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred.
• Omnicell experience preferred.
• Experience with preparion of IV admixtures, unit dose systems, inventory, and medicion distribution preferred.

Preferred Qualificions

• Prior experience in acute care or hospital pharmacy settings preferred.
• Experience working under DEA, TJC, and hospital pharmacy policies preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 20:00 07:30.
• Schedule ptern: 7 on / 7 off.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.

Impacting Pient Care

The pharmacy technician functions under the direction and supervision of a pharmacist to support safe, accure, and efficient distribution of pharmaceutical agents. Responsibilities include transport of pharmaceuticals, unit dose exchange preparion, inventory and stocking, ordering supplies, and preparion of IV admixtures. Work will follow applicable ste and federal regulions, DEA standards, TJC standards, and hospital policies and procedures.
